Why Counselling?

It gives you a regular space to take time out to talk, think and reflect on your worries. To explore what it is that feels  difficult might help you consider how it impacts on your life. How might you consider changes.

This may include talking about your significant life events past and present, feelings, emotions, relationships, ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour.

You may want help with issues you may be having, to talk in an open and honest way in order to gain a greater understanding of yourself, greater confidence, and empowerment to move forward with your life more effectively.
